Message: Can anyone shed some light on the following sentence that is in the rules for this award. "County hunters who worked All USA Counties using QRP and whose QRP endorsement was recorded by WD3P and maintained by WD3P were issued the first series of numbers and may apply for the award by submitting an application and appropriate fee to the MARAC Awards Manager". According to the MARAC database only one ham (NN9K Peter) has earned this award. Just curious.
