In Memorium:

Richard J. (Dick) Obrecht N8CIJ (USA-CA #483) became a silent key on 8/4/2026.

Dick was a very active county hunter who joined the CCA Top Lists over 10+ years ago. He
last submitted county slot totals to the Top Lists in January 2023 and he had achieved
County Challenge Level Awards in the Mixed (IV), CW (II), Phone (II), Data (II) and Combo
(II) modes. He was also 48 counties away from finishing all 3077 county slots on 20m in
the Mixed modes.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to Dick's family and his friends. RIP, Dick.
