My Scorpion is still functional, but I've managed to blow out
the pulse sensor somehow. I have no way of replacing the sensor
since Scorpion went out of business. The fellow that ran it sent
me some pulse sensors with some verbal instructions on how to change
it. I took an older Scorpion with the same problem and managed to
screw it all up where it is no longer functional. These screwdrivers
will still work if you manually tune it, or use a TurboTuner 2 which
only uses RF to tune and doesn't need the pulse sensor. That's why
I'm looking to pick up any TurboTuner 2's for Kenwood radios that might
be available. Keeping an eye on QRZ, but haven't seen anything yet.
Basically looking for another Scorpion that doesn't have a blown pulse
sensor so I can use my Tunematic tuner. The Tunematic will allow you to
manually tune your antenna, the TurboTuner 2 will not.

Some people modify their email by removing the @ synmbol, and replacing it with spaces, hypens and the wod 'at'.
