My best understanding from when Merv K9FD lived on Molokai is that the Maui-Kalawao county line runs right through the parking lot for the park and he knew exactly where to position his vehicle to be in both counties. This is great, EXCEPT, they close the park at dusk so you can almost never be on that county line for an 80m - 30m contact over a path to the mainland that is completely in darkness.

As for the station that is located in the Kusilvak Census Area in AK who thinks he is in the 2nd Judicial District, you are correct... the Kusilvak Census Area *is* located in the 4th Judicial District.
