Message: Someone asked, why not regular CH freqs? I am not a hunter, this loop around west Texas is for the hunters. My reasoning was to park my CW ops inside the General CW band but just barely. Sorry if that is not normal but that is where we are and we are making the effort to provide counties. On Thurs we had a very late start due to computer and rig probs, stayed on 40m for best coverage but only got 2 contacts total for 4 counties. Fri (19th) we start again in Kimble and proceed on thru Edwards and south almost to Del Rio in Val Verde, then nw on the river road toward Terrell county. We are mobile, stop occasionally but time constraints say keep moving. One of us drives, the other operates. Ch.w6rk.com will have info. 73 and good luck.
