Message: Thanks to N4CD for pointing out the 12.5 volt operating system unless you turn on the headlights. I requested anything but a Chevy but they said take it or leave it. I was able to finish Star XX with the help of KB6UF and AB7NK as I ran thru the last 11 counties for self-credit.
